> 적용 후 추가 이슈 : 테스트 플라이트에 ATT 팝업은 앱이 온전히 로드 된 후에 발생 되어 앱을 두번째 실행 시켯을때 발생됨
> 모든 알림이 발생된 이후에 발생되도록 알림 시점을 옮김으로 해결
